The Quê Hương Heritage Collection
The My Journey: Quê Hương Heritage Collection was created from a deeply personal place of prayer, reflection, faith, and remembrance.
“Quê Hương” means homeland, a reminder of where our story began, the family who came before us, and the culture we carry in our hearts. As a Vietnamese American, I’ve found myself wanting to learn more about my roots, my heritage, and the traditions that shaped my family. During times when I felt overwhelmed, uncertain, and alone, I found comfort through faith, family, friends, community, and quiet moments of prayer and reflection. Reminding me that strength can come from many places, and that I was never truly alone.
This collection brings those pieces together: faith, family, heritage, and healing.
It includes prayer journals, apparel, and canvas tote bags created to encourage, inspire, and honor the journey of becoming. Becoming stronger and becoming rooted to the best version of yourself.

Every story has a beginning and this one started at our kitchen table.
Hi, my name is Jennifer, the creator behind Twelve 75 Designs. After long workdays, when the house grew still and everyone was asleep, I would sit at my kitchen table with my laptop and notebook full of ideas. Weekends became creative catch-up days, not perfect or polished, just real. Slowly, those late nights and small moments grew into what is now Twelve 75 Designs.
The name Twelve 75 holds a special place in my heart. It represents my birthday month, and the birthday months for the only two people know what my heart sounds like from the inside.
Along the way, my daughter joined me on this creative journey through her own line, Designs by Cat. Her designs bring a playful, joyful touch to the shop and are inspired by some of the simple things she loves. It has made this journey even more meaningful to build something that not only reflects my heart, but also gives her a space to share her creativity too.
Our designs are are meant to make you smile, spark confidence, start conversations, or quietly remind you of your heritage, strength, your humor, and your heart. Created with meaning, intention, and a love for life.
